kelvin water dropper ,can it be replicated as solid state with electrons instead of water?

maybe with capacitors and transformers or anything...

I have studied the Kelvin Generator in depth, I went on my own tangent and developed the Kelvin Generator using a combination with the Marx Generator and several superfluid laws in combination to create a system that always flows and generates high voltage given the scientific priciples of all the combonations coherently.

it is not proven physically yet, just in theory. I don't have a lab anymore.
