This is the best video, cause you can see Paul Baumann, the inventor
and head of Methernitha light up a big incandescent light bulb
with the 3 KWatts machine. The voltage is also measured.
It displays about 270 Volts DC.
You can see, how bright the bulb is, as the camera?s electronic gain amplification is
automatically shut down, so the picture gets less bright.
No visible brake of the rotation of the discs is seen !
Regards, Stefan.
hey all
i don't know how well you can handel heat, butt if that that is 270v ac and the light bulb is only 40watt . i don't think you can hold it that long between your fingers.

Hey John,
Stefan can confirm (I can't download it at the moment) but if it's the video from the Methenitha video then the meter's on the 300VDC scale so it's 270VDC. I was looking at it just this afternoon and checked that the bulb was lit for a full 20 seconds with even brightness the whole time. That machine really is putting out continuous power; he wasn't just discharging a capacitor.

Dear All,
As an electrical engineer, this subject has fascinated since quite a long time.
But just as basic factual question:
Has any body seen the Methernitha machine working as a direct witness ?
I honestly ask this question because I am from that region (Switzerland), and that I will be there pretty soon (=Christmas) and wonder if this machine can be seen and if there is preferred way to arrange for an appointment with these peoples.
Any suggestion is welcomed
Thanks,
Yan
They have a contact email address on their website:

Glad to hear you're going to pay a visit. I'm anxious to hear what you find.

where is the movie????
Sorry, I had to move them away, cause it was downloaded too many times
in the last 3 days and it drained my bandwidth.
When I have more time next week I will
upload them to google video and post the links.
Many thanks.

Hi,
How did it go with the visit? Can you give us a summary of your impressions?
Thanks
