Title: Magnetic Manipulation
Post by: AB Hammer on February 21, 2010, 11:44:09 AM
@ All

Magnetic manipulation.
A few simple test, using low carbon steel and nylon spacers for magnetic shielding and steel alone to achive total repel.

Several simple test can lead us into a better direction. May these help.

Those experiments are quite basic physics I'm afraid. But who knows, maybe basic physics with no trickium or foolium are required to achieve what we want.

I looked at the site and watched the videos.  I feel that this has merit.  For me it makes complete sense.  I have always thought the best combination would be to use strong magnets and electricity.  Here the magnets are used to do work and the electricity in one regard to enhance the magnetic force and turn redirect the magnetic lines of flux to eliminate lock-up.  It seems so simple that it is actually brilliant.

Thanks valveman

I have other test as well, but they where more in wheel form.

My oldest wheel I did in 1974, it used similar angles. It ran jerky for 1 1/2 days using old iron refrigerator magnets. I based it on 2 push to each sticky spot. But I have never found the old iron refrigerator magnets that I used then, to duplicate it.
