Thank you for reply.
I read most of the posts. I can see there are few designs.

My first cell should be totally simple and basic one.
If you go with this conclusion, what would be the simplest setup (in let's say 3 basic steps ) ?

Am asking this because, when i look at that youtube video i can see that there is canister, some iron stuff etc, but i have no clue what is this black stuff and how is all this connected.

As far as i understand there should be 3 layers.
1.) Zinc plate
2.) electrolite
3.) Something  ?

What is the third layer and how to make the electrolyte.
As written, this is my first cell so it should be really basic and simple one.

The third layer is the (air electrode). Good luck making it...

Hi Everyone,

This technology is based off of oxidation-reduction and the zinc is consumed in the reaction.
The problem with this is that the zinc needs to be initially refined and processed, which
takes energy to do. The melting point of zinc is 419°C (787°F) and requires a great deal
of energy to reach. I'm not even taking into account the amount of energy required to
mine the zinc.

All that is happening here is that the energy for this battery technology comes from oil;
and in the end you gain less energy than if you had simply used oil to run the bus or
vehicle or whatever you had in mind using the electricity produced here for. Zinc is
not oil and does not produce more energy than is required to mine, refine, and process
it. Sorry, that is the awful truth.

yeah people make it sound so "simple" but in reality its complex and not very efficient at all.
