That is a very interesting concept.  From what I see the weight doesn't arrive at the perimeter until about 7:30. Much too late.  On the assending side the weight is on the perimeter at 5:00. I can't see it making one revolution.  Quite creative though.

From what I can tell, it look like it will NOT selfrun just like that, it has a strong unbalance in that it will just all hang from the axle and that require to be lifted before any turns are to be made.
The idea it to have multiple of these working together. Once the design restraints are clear it will be easy to make I think, but only worth it if one proto worked. The balancing to get it all "right", supposing a sweet spot might exist, will be a frustrating time.
