It is ok until you have to take the magnet out of his hand and fix it to the desk. Then it stops running. the reason it runs now is the action of moving his hand towards he rotar magnetic array. I have been fooled many times by this with other motors.

On this video, I think it is worse than that.  I built an array of magnets once that had a hand held stator and, when held in my hand, I could keep it spinning but, I had to constantly move the magnet (stator) in and out a bit to make/keep it running.

The way this rotor in the video accelerates right up to a high speed tells me this video is fakery.  It spins up just like it would if the motor was supplied with battery power.

I believe if one looks on youtube or google, this video has been proven to be a fraud quite a while back.

i agree with you and rmember seeing as well as being fake. I still enjoy reading your blogs and hope to have a chat with you oneday on Skype or similar re some of your theories and findings.
