Ok suggestion to do this , first clear your head , then make the same tone , lets you body vibrate to the tone , go to the end of the video .
You don't really need to repeat unless feeling the need for it .
There are other freq , you should look into that , its also easy to find on YT.

You can create your own sequences making the beat frequencies of the solfeggios. The patterns I have created actually make the images in front of your eyes warp and the sounds you hear warble. This is really cool. It helps you to think and sleep.
I have finished the next build of the S)olefeggio H)eterodyning I)nterference T)ransmitter device(google that!), seen at www.planetary-enginnering.com. Now it is portable. I have added the FM voice input to transmit subliminal mesages through the solfegggio beat sequences. I now have a hand held MicroHAARP device. I have already caused physical harm to humans as test 1. The second test I plan is to play the 'Pied Piper' behind where I live to chase away the voles from under the ground. Muhaa, haa, haa!

GK you got ALL the cool toys ;) I got into binaural beats when I first read Robert Monroe's books on OOBE. Then bought a Voyager (and later XL model) from one of Monroe's students (who I met) who designed and built the Voyager. It's a binaural beat hemi-sync brain wave machine using lights and sound with a bunch of programs to choose from. Really a wild device on some programs. The Voyager XL is really awesome but traditional medicine apparently started getting worried how effective they were and Theta Technologies (maker of Voyager) got a visit by the FDA or similar gov agency which chased them into seclusion. I think you can still find them around though.
