This thought provoking article inspires such questions as:
What are the differences in those groups who are brought together by their shared weaknesses versus those assembled by their shared strengths?
Which sectors of modern society gather together based upon who they truly are? How are these groups (if any) different than those assembled based on who they wish to become?
What can these groups learn, each from the other's behavior?
Our world stands at the edge of the most perilous precipice it has ever faced.
In light of this truth, we must study to show ourselves approved. Given earth's violent shared history, we would do well to remember that acts of bravery in defense of willful ignorance are nearly the most tragic form of cowardice.....
I say, 'nearly', for would not the greater tragedy be cowardice in the face of such 'bravery'?
Blessings,
