Connective Physics: Possible?

I am intrigued by this idea that the Laws of Thermodynamics might not apply to transients.  While some of the examples cited appear almost absurd, there are many claims of overunity amidst spikes and sudden transitions of energy -as with the Arc Explosions and Thunder analysis done by Graneau.

Much the same claim was made years ago by Physics Professor P.T. Pappas in "Energy Creation In Electrical Sparks And Discharges" - in which he asserted that energy conservation was well established to one part in several powers of ten but in the case of transients, well.... not so much..!

This notion would also fit with my idea that free energy might only exist in very transient conditions because if it didn't, the world wouldn't exist except as glowing, incandescent plasma.  Free energy?  Hey, turn that thing off!  (screams follow).

I'be been reading this website too. I think it's fascinating. Lots of pieces falling into place...

Davis & Stine's work on the 'Fifth Element' / 'Third Derivative', makes a lot of sense to me, plus it seems to also:
- Solve the uncertainty problem in quantum mechanics
- Predicts the Plank length
- Resolves to the Golden mean
- and lots more I still don't get.

One thing that stands out for me is that it seems to exactly describe Tesla's 'Radiant Electricity', and Podkletnov's Gravity Beam experiments - that have now gone military...

Podkletnov has found that dumping a large current into a superconductor creates a gravity pulse. A superconductor must have a massive 'Intractance', and long 'Critical Action Time' - so should be very efficient at converting electricity to GI radiation.

Telsa's radiant electricity was produced by pulsing massive voltage into coils at MHz frequencies. So the pulses were much faster than the 'Critical Action Time' of the coils. He said he could physically feel the pulses - even behind a screen. He said the pulses travelled faster than light (as did Davis & Stine).

Tesla could (apprently) convert the 'gravito-inertial' pulses back into useable electricity - using harmonically matched coils. I'm guessing that the GI pulses could be sent through the Earth very efficiently, and this could be the mechanism for a worldwide, FTL communication system.

Both methods use a large rate of change of acceleration to acheive their effects. 'Connective Physics' predicts that this will result in extra energy being supplied 'by the Universe', and that is exactly what Tesla described with his 'Magnifying Transmitter' - is it not?
