This is a very interesting development. 

Could we use this to design capacitors, and such?

What about complex circuits or possibly

Maybe by drawing squiggly lines, or a big spiral on paper we could improve the tesla radiant energy collector without increasing the price.

Maybe i can wire my house by drawing on the walls.
