Trompe !!!!!

I found this video using a trompe to pump air into the water to oxygenate it.  Notice the amount of air discharged relative to the water intake/output.

That's quite a hefty amount of air more than enough to be practical in energy production. A tank the size of a propane tank would fill up with compress air most likely under a minute.
