I have an idea that combines Skinner's gravity machine plus assisting magnets.
It's hard to draw it on paper but easier for describe in words.
To understand this you should understand the basic principle of how Skinner's machine works.

Ok so the independent rotating weight attached to the directing shaft would be what shields
the magnets and causing the shaft to be attracted to the next magnets. As the shaft is attracted to the magnet it moves the shaft to the magnet and so cause the weight to fall shielding the magnet causing the the shaft to be attracted to the next magnet and the next magnet and the next magnet...
I know it can't completely shield a magnet but you can makes its attraction weaker, would this be enough to cause the shaft to be attracted to the next magnet?

I have attached an image for clarification but it missing some magnets that would go around the shaft and the weight for guidance etc. My drawing is horrible but should give you the general idea I suppose. It's also missing the frame that would hold the machine and magnets in place.

Thanks guys, constructive criticism and improvement is welcomed.

sorry the magnet was wrong on the shaft.
here's an updated image..

Gravity cannot do work.
Magnets cannot do work.
Magnets + gravity cannot do work.

Static and permanent forces cannot do work.

Wow

"gravity cannot do work"

Work, I think you will agree is generally defined as Force times distance. Keeping that fact firmly in mind,  consider the following readily observable marvels on display by mother nature. Have you ever been to the beach? Of course you have. Therefore you have personally observed the rise and or fall of the ocean. This is a phenomenon which we call tides. Perhaps we should broaden our perspective a bit. The earth revolves around the sun. What exactly is that propels the earth in its orbit around the sun? Work equal force times distance. Strictly speaking of course, assuming one wishes to engage in a game of semantics, your point can be argued when taken to the nth degree. But in terms of the day to day real world, your statement is at best terribly misleading, at worst an intentional misrepresentation. Because gravity and magnets can and are harnessed to do work. We can quibble all day long about the "definition" and "origin" of the force etc...... If reality was as black, white and absolute as you portrait it, the species would never have progressed beyond the stone age.

What about , magnets + gravity + centrifugal ?
