Hello. I am not sure about the behavior,or this can be.

Again. You see there is compressed air in the circle,and a weight that compress more the fluid. Resultant of forces are acting on circumference is a vertical force,vertical to the fulcrum. If i put 2 so-made apparatus i supponce i can lift each two by the same height,permitting the skeleton rotate clockwise generating free energy. Is it possible? Thanks :-\
