Why do we need torque in the generator ? I don't have an idea. Somebody ?

If you are using an electrodynamic machine as a generator then you would like output electrical power, yes?  That requires voltage: the evil BEMF and current.  If you want to use the machine as a motor to output mechanical power then you need torque and velocity.

First you need back EMF to set up the pressure in the current or it wont travel far and pressure is voltage ! But if the load is enhanced by magnets for say a converted DC coil you get a vacuum than this is a good idea ... No good for the grid but has some potential to it ! The other thing is forward currant can compress the electrons far more efficiently if you want to power  DC motor with a cap bank ..

The so called 100kv claim is pie in the sky all the so called local homes he want to power will have to convert to DC and be very close to the generator ... But would have some interest to electro gravity systems that use very powerful capacitors ... The material in the off set is interesting would be good to add a capacitor there with a high voltage load on it just to see what happens but it wont be easy to house.

Two slandered AC generators if aliened right can run at zero point with no load when up to speed ! I think he should put all 3 together !

This can be done very easily with an alternator stator.
