HHO implosion?

I have posted this on the "watercar" yahoo group, but I heard someone uses a fuel cell on here so I'll post it here as well.

I have a question about how it implodes. I read that many people that use it, mixed it with gas, but gas explodes. So an imploding gas would contredict it. And I read that there's a spark pug that makes a larger spark which makes the gas burn more completly, so these people that get better millage with HHO might only be getting it because it makes their gas burn more completely, while taking some of the power away via implosion. So the real question is, does it really implode? does the steam left over take up more space then the HHO gas did or not, and is it the same under compression?

Also fuel cells are much more efficient then ICE's, arn't they? so people who are serious about overunity with HHO should be using them, and recycling the heat created. Though fuel cells used H on one side and O on the other, but could none energy comsuming gas separation method be used, like a chamber, if H is lighter then O?

Just some thoughts I have coupled up.
