Limited frequency across thyristor...

Hello every one
i made a circuit according to the attached image, by calculating the resonance frequency it was found 2510 Hz, but when i adjust square wave circuit to produce it i found the maximum frequency after thyristor is 100 Hz ( Double of AC source ). Even if i change resistance linked to optocoupler the resonance from Thyristor is not affect and still 100 Hz or less. i could not make the frequency produced from square wave generator affect frequency out from thyristor (which enters chock coil)
Any one can solve this?
