Unlocking water is not over unity.   As an example: Two years ago my wife was using the burn barrel getting rid of paper waste.  Small unimposing fire.  Took just a few minutes and the fire was out.  She thought.  Twenty minutes later she looked outside to something that looked like the end of the planet.  The yard, trees and everything else in the way was on fire and headed west towards something called Stagecoach lake.  One hundred acres later the fire stopped at the waters edge.  The place looked like world war three.  Talked about scorched earth!  So one small match and 20 ounces of paper turned into the "over unity" of a massive range/forest/pasture fire.  We got much more out of what we started with.  Or did we?

Now we look at water and say we want the energy out of that wetness.   I say we should expect what my wife found later in her small fire.
