I have been playing with magnets for long time.
Actually, with a very slight motion of your hand you can acheive "perpetual motion". Of course, I'm kidding. It is as 'perpetual' as you patience in that case... 

I could feel/guess that the 'hand energy' imparted to the 'rotor' was less than the NRG got(ten) back from it. Just a guess of course. Anyway, I think that a tricky mechanism could make a device self running.

On the third video, obviously, something is spinning.
Perhaps it would not spin during days or hours. That is another question.

Yes,it does not seem to accelerate, which is a must for real working magnet motors.
So this prototype shown there seems not to work
