New videos of Stan's fuel cell.

Also I was reading the patent is now open to the public from a couple sites, I'm really unsure of this data so I'm still hunting. One video said http://www.panaceauniversity.org has open source information on the cell but I didn't find it. Did anyone here find it?
Several new videos of replications to showing they indeed have working cells. Videos showing the cell working around 13 volts. I was under the impression that the cell required high voltage.
