Hi all, the gas bills have been going up and up lately, and I just can't take it anymore!!  So i have decided to build an electrolyzer and hopefully run the furnace on HHO to heat my garage.. Im not sure of the BTU's just yet and I am not sure how much gas I need to produce to keep up with the furnace..That will all be figured out later. Right now I am just wondering what the best plate size for the electrolyzer would be to achieve the best results. I have read that the larger the plates the higher the efficiency..I am working with a 4' x 8' sheet of 24 guage grade 304 stainless. I can get another sheet. And i was thinking rather than having like ten million little 4"x6" plates, what about a 100 plate cell of 5"x14" plates? ...Just throwing around the ideas. Any input would be a great help, thanks!
