Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi All;

This is from a web article published back in May and was wondering if anyone heard of it or thinks it could work, there's not a whole lot of build information but who knows?

"An electric motor that produces about 120% more kinetic watts than a conventional motor of the same value has been developed and could soon be available on the commercial market."

Any comments are welcome.

Just curious to find out if they include the power to "seed" the alternator. I looked into this
for a project and after talking with the rebuilder shop, car type alternators are "very lossy" in
his own words. About 5 amps to run the rotor coil. The rotor I did play with actually took 6.4
amps full out. Now add the HP to turn it and winds up not very attractive.
Should look into low speed wind gen heads, much more efficient.

Hi Thaelin

All I comment on (which is very little to go by) is that he mentioned that there was more being back fed to drive the alternator via the magnetic drive unit delivering back enough current for the Alternator:

"The traditional belief is that 12 V of dc coupled with 7,5 A, will result in 90 W of electricity, at 90% efficiency, which equates to 81 W.

Jordaan says that one is able to calculate that if a big enough machine is coupled to a 12 V battery and an alternator, it is possible to produce more electrical watts than is used by the device and have surplus amperage to keep the battery fully laden."

"Jordaan reports that during testing, the prototype was coupled to a large enough alternator that was capable of generating 120 A of current. The magnetic drive unit used 64 A delivering 2 200 W, which is more than enough to drive the alternator. This left a surplus of 56 A. With this one could drive a 900-W alternating current inverter which would use 49 A and still have a reserve of 7 A which was sufficient to keep the battery fully charged at all times."

This is according to the article:

The "big enough machine" which is the magnetic drive unit used 64 A delivering 2 200 W.

The alternator can generate 120 A of current.

The surplus is 56 A of current.

This drove a 900-W alternating current inverter which would use 49 A of current.

Leaving 7 A for the battery.

The caveat is "He adds that although the prototype has not been used on any projects, the foreseeable future is positive." so I guess we'll have to wait and see for the "could soon be available on the commercial market".

Does this ring a bell with anyone else on this forum as feasible?

Paul

It is touted that at the end of WW2, there were "big" batteries found
that had a motor gen unit on them and it did nothing more than keep
it charged up. It is just finding the right combo of things to make it fly.
Keep on looking, its there.
