Cold Electricity, Can you help me?

this is why there is conversion....

it has been said that cold electricty can charge batteries the way it is how ever i find it easyer to mesure and use once it is converted when it is converted and put in a cap the phase is inverted makeing it hot and it can now do big work!! or a little work really fast

i will still argue SPEED IS POWER BECAUSE VOLTAGE IS NOTHING MORE THAN SPEED

and those tiny charged particles we are tapping are fast lil buggers....

simply slow em down to a ueable speed

how does that work agin    15000v  @.01 amp  = a whole lot of power when you slow it down    keep in mind this higher voltage is achievied form a tiny inputed amount of engery via minipulating the ionisphere and collecting the ripple you caused in it

  Cold electricity is moving the charge around without moving mass charge carriers.  Like light traveling through a vacuum.  No mass movement just change in space intelligence or charge seperation.  Creation of a resonating or a selfreflecting emwave field gives us mass.  Since mass is emwaves it can appear to be charged positive or negative or neutral depending on the reflection pattern.
  The electron is said by particle physics to have no size yet it has mass and charge.  And if annihalated releases tremendous amounts of emwaves.  Particle physics itself supports the theory of zero point energy by the simple adoption of planck's constant.  Because if an electron isn't there or occupying space where is all this energy coming from when what wasn't  there isn't there anymore?  It's over here now but it's not over here because it can't be here because it wasn't over there to begin with.  Counterintuitive or just plain ridiculous?
   Heat is just mixing of emwaves that result in emwaves at a different frequency.
Like the emwaves when two masses exchange their vibrations when we blend two gases in a combustion process.  Like when my furnace just kicked in.  Now if I can just get my microwave stimulated plazma to "burn" water in a controlled thermal process I can replace the burner head with a small magnetron and a ultrasonic water vaporizer.

i had a similar idea not so long ago i just never designed it yet or posted it public altho i would use water a bemf plasma flame    easly done from 12v 1 amp  and a gas fired hot water heater tank  they are much cheeper than a furnice and the heat is second to none...  drop the hot water in a heater core

use a solar pannel to charge the battery to supply the plasma to burn the water
