basically all childrens toys clothes shoes and whatnot become worthless on Feb. 10 of this year. you cannot resell them, donate them, or anything with them. you will have to buy new from now on. something about the lead issue started this bill and it got tacked onto some other bill i am sure and it was meant for "safety" but is is going to kill the pocketbooks of so many families.
