Dennis Lee, convicted felon and ex-con has been running a free energy scam (amongst others) for several decades. He usually targets Christian groups (although he will take anyones money). He makes Steorn, Perendev etc look like amateurs. He's also mastered staying out of jail although he's done a couple of years time here and there for fraud and passing checks.

It's known as an affinity scam. They are generally more successful targeting religious people because they are already inclined to take incredible claims on faith.
