Thats like prevent drowning by drinking the water.

What next ?
If everythings white and still too much warming ?
Paint everything green ? Try to deflect the sunlight with satellites ?

To understand the action of the local condenser E in fig.2 let a single discharge be first considered. the discharge has 2 paths offered~~ one to the condenser E the other through the part L of the working circuit C. Well, there are only 2 plain white cars downstairs (on the road).
My one - and that one of my wife.
Both cars were "presents". I never buy cars.
But no air condition - only cabrios´s.
that´s it. lol-.
