One of my best! Simple yet possible?

Hello all it is I once again lol, Here is a simple wheel deisign which I came up with about 2 years ago, I dont know if it will work but in my humble opion I think it has a rather better chance than my presvious failed attempts which indeed I do appolgise for...

Here is the wheel kept nice and simple, the wheel contains four weights attached to four curved levers (could have eight weighted levers for more power) as the wheel turns clockwise due to weight (A), weight (A) reaches the "6 o clock position" causing weight (B) to swing out to the rim of the wheel from mid centre lifting weight (A) up at the same time via the cord which connects each weight running over the pullies in the centre of the wheel... This movment repeats itself everytime a weight reaches the "6 o clock position" therefore keeping the weights in search for equilibrium but never obtaining it.

I would just like to say that anyone here can build it, test it and just play about with it, I myself have not built it but i will when I have the time and money to do so, in the mean time feel free to test it then please post your results here as there is maybe somthing interesting we can learn from it. Anyone here wish to give faults, possitive comments are warmly welcomed and also any improvments will be greatly apcreciated as there is far more advanced and educated people here than me.

Alex,   Even if levered weight B can lift levered weight A ( because much of the weight of lever A will now be supported on it's pivot point and it is easier to pull the weight than to lift it ) ,  it would be a slow lift. By the time it would finish the lift it might all ready be at 6 o'clock.  Much too late to work in my opinion.  Please build.  Something may be learned from it.

Yes this was also my concern that by the time weight (B) has lifted weight (A) the weight (B) will be at 6 o clock but then again wont that mean that the next weight is ready to swing out to the rim and lift weight (B) up and so on and so on? I know that even if it did work in some way that it would be a great strugle for the weights to raise eahother up due to friction of the pullies so maybe as a last resort another mechanism could be added to just help with the lift but not contribute to the wheels motion...
