Does a 1 Billion Dollar Government Reward Insentive sound good for speeding up the Electric Car Research and Developement?

There would have to be some rules like: The Electric Vehicle must carry at least 2 to 4 people in comfort, must get 400 miles to a single charge and not have any need for Liquid or Gas Fuel whats so ever. it also must recharge quickly at any local charging station near you.

the first research team to prove the concept and develope it would win the 1 Billion Dollars to start a Manufacturing plant for the Electric Vehicle and or give the reward to an already existing company that has developed such a vehicle.

Write to your local Governor, Congress, President Obama, ask them to flip a 1 billion dollar bill for an All Electric Vehicle reward prize that meets the criteria of the rules.

once that reward goes up you watch every vehicle company in the world try to get it, this includes Japan, China, Russia, Asia and the Americas a global hard line research will happen with a 1 billion dollar reward. who could turn that down.

If this is the dream you have then now is the time to set pen to paper.

if nobody gets it the first year then add another 1 billion to it the next year and make it progressively prosperous to seek out the technology.
