Yup i know of that company... i had a looking into their gear. Their marketing scheme was about increasing fuel economy by a base of 50% on any vehicle they equipped their cell on. Their cells wern't all that heat resistant (in WA heat inside a V8 engine bad in summer here can easily get over 120 deg C his cells would not handle that sort of heat well) and they did not ever do as they claim. Your talking about 1 lpm and worked on the basis of the H2 increasing the combustion speed of the fuel mix to better fuel economy... Pity he had no constraints on what cars he equipped them on and put dangerous mods on cars to trick the sensors. (ever seen what happens when someone with an O2 sensor extender turns their cell off and runs their car... lets say not pretty). Also his claims didn't stand up too well when tested by "experts". He stuffed up by being greedy. The next person to try it will need to pretty much be able to prove his cell in the first week to the MIB and every other department that they think they can get to put a red mark against it...

 If it were legal then it probably isn't worth doing any way. Why has no one made any connection with the old time Lime Lights from 18th to early 19th century top produce hydoxy. It's even curious how little information is available regarding how they used to produce the gasses on site for use to light stages. That was back then in the dark ages before people became smart. Modern intellect is a sales gimic for stupid.
There were no batteries used or electric grid power used to produce hydroxy for lighting back when it was perfected.

according to GA emmissions so long as the computer says everything is running fine and your emmissions are good and theres no questionable exaust mods (such as holes in the tail pipe) your good to go. they dont seem to care if your running hho or not.

moral of the story, speak to your local emissions tech and see what matters if you want get a second opinion. chances are they have seen the hho already.
