I posted my Solution for the Bessler Wheel, filed a provisional patent, and let it expire and posted the pics on my FaceBook page. Turns out the 'Bessler Wheel' is not a wheel but a large gear that looks like a wheel. I dont have the money to make the invention, working on a magnetic solution.  You can simplfy the invention (the internal rotating weight) forcing it to turn the required 90 degree's
