more and more people seem to be learning about this and since i had finally made a few videos showing a totally dead battery being rejuvenated i figured i will posts this information for whoever may find it useful

the cheap and easy charger

rejuvenating a car jump-starter that was dead at .91v

by watching the vids you can get an idea of how exactly the process happens while its happening.

long story short i seem to get good results on most all of my setups, all of which were home-made from "junk". anyone wishing to save some bucks i recommend you try it.

Nice setup.  The only thing I'm not clear on is the coil you wound.  A little more info there would be good.  Like is the bifilar winding wound first on the spool (this is not a toroid wind is it?) and then the recovery winding put over the top of the bifilar?

the recovery is wound on the outer layer but honestly i dont think it matters too much here. its all air core. also my recommendation is to do what i did and just add another coil in parallel to the drive coil. i just add some terminals so i can try different coils, the bigger the better. this setup will work with a good deal of different coil resistances and still oscillate. to revive the jump starter i had a large audio transformer coil with one of its windings hooked in parallel with the drive. so basically its a dirty oscillator that flyback pulses the coil of your choosing (almost) to a charge battery.
