Paul Heinrich Marzahn ,Gruenwald/Munich, invention,
wrote about Photovoltaic cell efficiency increase ,
decrease of a light bulb energy input from 23W to less than 1W
for the same light ,
better battery performance ... !!!

On Saturday,6.01.2007 I did a phone call to P.H. Marzahn but only
received his wife,now widow, whose told me that he is not more alive !
