if I remember correctly, few years ago this guys was making video with another car with 3-4 fan on it, the basic idea, his fan use a different blade design which when turned by the wind help to propulse the car in the direction of the wind.


But personnaly  I dont think this really help that much and its kinda ugly, we better to have a FE device that need no batteries or charge the batteries in the background even if the car is not running
