hello

i have been looking at tesla patent US568177 and it states

is this man trying to tell us that his invention is capable of ionizing water ??

what you guys think?? it dont look so dificult to replicate !

Hi. Here is what he (Tesla) meant in this patent, I guess: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ozone

A co to takiego je "poland"? Czy nie przypadkiem Poland?
