first you need a doctor, a real one!
to do the tests so you can know why you have the problem.
treatment will be vary differant depending on what is going on.

What are you talking about?   I don't have any irregular heartbeat.  You are apparently suggesting that this solution does not merit any discussion. What if this information is already well known in the medical community?
