Someone test to use aluminum foil wrap in the cord and he found out that it didnt reduce so much current like the micswell coffee did so it does mean that the foil in the coffee is not the cause of increased capacitance but instead the main coffee.

I see it as simple gimmick to promote his micswell coffee brand. 

The next hoax will be - put a spoon of micswell coffee in the gas tank and triple the mileage.  Or use mixwell coffee as a core in in a Xformer and get more out than in.
