Hi Thanks Chet for bringing the gauntlet over here .. I will just add .. as you'll see the Prof has suffered multiple strokes and is unfortunately paraplegic. And so to be fair to all challengers he seems to work on this M.O
Should you think you can fault his principles or disprove this system (which I understand he extensively laboratory tested when he was at the top of the academic tree) 
you are invited to contact the good Prof with an outline of your disagreement. PTP then suspends the challenge for a short  whilst he attends to each contenders short comings. And then sends them away rejoicing. Moving onto the next guy waiting for a haircut.
Like a prize fighter .. which I guess he is fighting the cause of humanity ... all comers .. first come first served. I recall Steorm issued 300 working COP > 1 to various institutions world wide and still couldn't get out of jail.  Perhaps this single handed totally altruistic self sacrificial attempt can get the job done!
As you can imagine there's plenty of folks lined up who would like to have a bite of Professor Dr P.T Pappas ! However none have impacted on his system ... yet.
This top flight academic who (for me at least) is reminiscent of the head of the IEE the late Robert Adams who towards the end of his life together with his friend and fellow academic Harold Aspen decided to ignore t.p.t.b and kiss and tell all about their amazing machines.
Only This time ... The man's alive and prepared to back it up. I might add It seems as if a few members over on energetics are about to try and test the validity ... still that's neither here nor there.
Obviously I wouldn't post if I didn't believe this had merit, but this guys much further up the academic food chain than me... I do know he's got a great deal of nerve and determination and I really hope the case he makes is proven ... I often wondered how Don L Smith claimed a CRT could be COP>1 perhaps I'll find out now! once again thanks Ramset

I did also hear from one very knowledgable researcher who has a claim pending [after Ernst]

Hopefully I will be speaking with Dr.Pappas on Monday about assisting with some verification
work offered by some skilled open source researchers.
