How to control all Hurricanes now information !!!

Simple method of controlling hurricane would be,  make one giga watt  vertical turbine pump and push it to the starting spot of hurricane.  This pump makes use  of hurricane energy,  lifts water from the sea and pumps it to the sky.  So, the hurricane losese its  hurry and energy while pumping water and dies down.   You won't  loose any sea water because the water pumped to the sky has to fall back on sea only.

Only thing you have to make sure is that the pump has to be very heavy if not  the hurricane might lift the pump itself to the sky!!!

I feel it is possible to control hurricanes by writing steering chevron (lenses) on the surface
with cold ocean bottom waters. You bring up the cold water up as part of a energy hydrogen
generation OTEC Ocean Thermal Energy Generation system. So this giant floating Island
would do a "mowing the lawn" pattern writing dot matrix thermal hurricane control structures,
while loading liquefied hydrogen onto waiting ocean going tanker ships. You probably would
want to do some plastic trash-clean up while your out there. It might be possible to build this
structure out of a material called pykrete. The British planning to build a giant aircraft carrier
to carry bombers during WWII out of it.

The thermal control structures would direct the hurricanes prematurely north. The only problem is
what happens if a particular storm got through?
