Twin V-Gate with reed switch and low power actuator

I haven't seen anyone post about this guy but I really like his design. It look's like it has very little resistance, and in his newer videos he shows that he can get more torque with more wheels.

You can see the (2) AA batteries he's using to power the actuator, and in his quad v-gate design you can see no power supplies as he moves the machine around on his desk and gets it rotating using only the magnet in his hand.

I'm wondering if he would be able to spin a motor similar to this:

He states with an older setup that the (bigger, clunkier) actuator he was using took 4.5v (not sure about the amps) but in this video it seems to run much smoother with seemingly less amps being pulled)

With a capacitor and maybe starting this thing with a quick spin by hand, I just wonder if the power required to maintain rotation (possible even actuating every other rotation since the RPM's seem high enough to maintain a couple spins without a push) could be provided by this little generator which would add very little mechanical resistance to the setup.

Please, thoughts?
