Hello all,
I ended up relocating back to NW Pa, to expensive to live in Florida and the heat is too much in the summers.
I started back on this build with more information and formulas in the future.
I don't know if the Clem engine was real, but after many years of experimenting on different design I was able to collect enough data to redesign what I call the Implosion Motor based on a tornado effect or known as a water spout design.
