To further complicate this issue, we ourselves are moving at relativistic velocities through space (in a complex wave-like motion) which presents the dilemma that everything we observe is subject to time dilation. We do not know our true vector, nor to what degree time is dilated.
We can just as easily state that light does not move at all, and that we move at c. The math is all the same.


Just to the galactic level, we can demonstrate that we are moving at no leas than 20% of c
Now consider that our galaxy is part of a group of galactic bodies that includes Andromeda and several nearby nebuli, and that this cluster is moving.
The cluster is part of a larger group of galactic clusters which has its' own vector and velocity.


Furthermore, we have no way of knowing wether or not our entire universe might be in motion through the sea of Universes.
I was fixing a shower-rod, slipped and hit my head on the sink. When i came to, that's when i had the idea for the "Flux Capacitor", Which makes Perpetual Motion possible.

   I'm not sure as to just how they are calculating that space is expanding.
   Could be that there is a vortex, within a vortex, within yet another vortex, all revolving, instead of actually expanding.
And, it also could just be another one of their measurement error, like with the Big Bang. Something can't come from nothing...
  Conventional science must think that we are all idiots. Nor is space "empty", nor do we know how to tap it's invisible energy source, as yet. Same energy source as what Tesla had talked about harvesting, for free, the Aether.
   I would believe Tesla, over any other conventional energy ideas that our current science and governments want us to believe. 
   
   We have now seen huge space ships parking themselves next to our Sun, and tapping off of it's energy fields. Even going into the Sun, and coming out the other side. The sun is not a nuclear furnace, like we are being told. And there may be people living inside the Sun.    The word "Starship". Was first coined from the book called Oasphe 1883, or so. 1000 pages of pure truth, and an impartial history of our planet, and it's real leaders, from the beginning of when humans started living on Earth.
  Mars, is NOT as cold as we've been told -113 degrees. Nor does so called sunlight actually travel, any more than the waves at sea. Think about that... OR don't, it's up to you.
