Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Do you believe our community should collectively invent free energy by collaborating on an open source technology rather than individuals obtaining patents solely for their own benefit?

There are several reasons why an our community may choose to collaborate on an open source technology to invent free energy rather than obtaining patents solely for their own benefit:

Free energy has the potential to benefit society as a whole: The development of free energy technology has the potential to address global energy challenges and reduce dependence on non-renewable sources of energy. By collaborating on open source technology, the our community can work together to create a technology that benefits society as a whole, rather than just benefiting individual patent holders.

Collaborative innovation can lead to faster progress: By sharing knowledge and resources, the our community can innovate more quickly and make faster progress towards the development of free energy technology. This is because open source technology allows for a more decentralized and distributed approach to innovation, which can help accelerate progress.

Patents may hinder innovation: Patents can create barriers to entry for other innovators and can limit the ability of others to build upon existing technology. This can stifle innovation and slow down progress. By collaborating on open source technology, the our community can avoid these barriers and create a more open and collaborative environment for innovation.

The ethics of free energy: The concept of free energy is rooted in the idea of providing a basic human need to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay for it. By collaborating on open source technology, the our community can work towards this goal and create a more ethical approach to energy production and consumption.

Overall, by collectively inventing free energy through open source technology, the our community can create a more collaborative, innovative, and ethical approach to energy production that benefits society as a whole.

I believe patents prolong the ability for others to benefit from them.

Would you like to demonstrate the openess you ask of others by revealing your identity particularly if you are a "regular" on this forum under a different name.

IMIGHTKNOW

Honestly I do agree with the original statements that the entire Patent system is shackled the human race towards advancement. Unless the entire community's name were on the patent it would be completely useless because of the small percentage that is unbelievably greedy and would steal the device or try to patent it for them selves.

If the community were able to benefit from it then yes that would work as it should be. Now a days huge corporations amass huge lots of fictitious patents on the guise it just might work. These type of fictitious patent filings should of been blocked from ever happening but then again look who run's the patent offices, Hello!

Community gardens all over the world work, and work well they do so there would be no reason I can think of that a community patent would not.
