Now it does only work occationaly, putting it into a public space but hideing it behind\inside something means that people who will not be primed to see anything unsual will be crowding around the area freqently may see something obveous.

The knolege of how to build one seems so much more valuable than any single implementation of it. If huchinson is real and not just a fake then he should be willing to devulge the designs if not to the public to a few of us individualy so we can build a few.

The key thing is to be able to just leave it running and having people around to observe the effects over and above OU experts working in labs.
