HI  I NEED MORE HELP TO STAR BULB  CONTINUES TO LIGHT   PLEASE  A HELP   . THE BULB  IS  LIGHT  1 TIME  IN THE 1 SECOND  MORE POWERFUL  THEN  IS TO CARE    THE BULB IS 25 WATS  THE LIGHT  IS BROKEN  WHEN I CONECTED TO THE COLECTOR COIL   ..
