A capacitor's voltage starts to drop as soon as it supplies any power. How does one maintain the voltage as the charge in the cap is used up?

hi,

Strangely and unexpected capacitors will replace batteries once there is many self free running devices.Not forgetting oil from the land of the camels needed merely to lubricate the A/C or DC motor bearing and etc. :D
