Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

This is a branch of BigFatPotHead's Fully Baked Idea thread

Using the AM radio feedback is an interesting way to adjust your wave forms.  I have done such with a small audio amplifier capacitively coupled to the pulse train, and with an LED.  I think you need to get a oscilloscope. You can find used analog scopes pretty cheap now.  I have the lowest frequency, cheapest, Korean made scope and it works really good of audio frequency stuff.

About the electrolyzer, gotta get the pulse train right.  Also there might be better efficiency in producing bubbles if you kick to voltage to the electrolyzer up.  Generate the pulses in the solid state circuit at 12 volts, But provide higher voltage on the collector side of the electrolyzer.  This would take some experimenting, and there would definitely be an upper end to this.  If you get the voltage too high there might be a risk of explosion.  I'm thinking that the increased voltage in the electrolyzer will increase production of bubbles.  Also adding a big cap in parallel with the electrolyzer and MOSFET driver will increase the available current during the pulses.

So how big (liters or cubic inches) is your 4 cylinder?  We would need to determine the the HHO to air ratio which is correct to run the engine efficiently, and not burn it up.  Then calculate the amount of HHO we need to produce per unit of time.  Then redesign the Electrolyzer to provide that volume.  I looked at Dave's plans and we can improve both the circuit and the electrolyzer.  The circuit now is sufficient, but we would need to make this automotive quality.  Instead of timers I think we should use a PIC processor to generate the timing pulses.  This takes the guess work out of generating the pulse train.  Then when we have the pulse train perfected we can lock it into the processor, and not have to mess around with it anymore.  Then replace the single transistor with a two stage MOSFET driver and BIG MOSFET setup.  I have been using theTC4427TPA MOSFET driver and a IRFZ44 MOSFET.  The pulsed drain current on that MOSFET is 192 Amps.  Not that we need that much current, but what that means is the MOSFET has a really low resistance when its on.  This increases the efficiency of the circuit.  Mo efficient = Mo betta!

Here are some places to get stainless steel tubing.  That stuff is not cheap.  Plus it has to be MIG welded, also not cheap.

Free energy is cheap, devices that generate free energy are NOT!

stainless stuff is cheap!
i asked eng company to supply+cut 7 small thin guage plates
?20   ($38)
next week i look through a goldmine of a scrapyard   i ask
how much for this?  (much more than my plates combined)
dollar fifty
