:D It looks like a regular transformer. I think the guy doesn't know the difference between energy and voltage. The guy says 110V input and over 239V output. That is funny!!!

As long as you don't mind paying $36 for only 2/5 of a milliamp...
(Yes 0.4-milliamp - two fifths of a milliamp - 0.0004-amperes)

Here is the text, if I bump into the attached schematic,
I'll come back and add that too.

If this wasn't a scam, I'd be careful about posting this,
but this is completely useless information already known.

Here is more discussion on this fraud:

Yeah, he took me for some money too.

The one he sold me turned out to be robbing a few Miliamps from a Desk Lamp cord into a toroid coil.  The instructions said to SPLIT the lamp cord & wind one cord wire around part of the Toroid.  The output is about 4 mA.  The desk lamp had to be turned on for it to work.

But what can a person do with a few mA?  WHOOPEE, I GOT 4 FREE MILLIAMPS!!  LOL

It turned out to be just another scam.  He finally got kicked off Ebay about 2 years ago due to several fraud complaints.
