According to fossil evidence, man did not evolve from apes, but rather apes and man had a common ancestor, which has since gone extinct.  So it is not possible to test your hypothesis, and it will forever remain just your wild-ass speculation.

Anyway, it does not explain evolution in other species.  Heck, single cell organisms evolved into multicell organisms before there was such a thing as plantlife.

is how to distinguish the offspring of apes evolving into humans
from offspring of apes still not evolving into humans

and how to force the earlier evolutionary species
to behave themselves like humans,
