 Now we assuming we know how a UFO would work but yet if we knew what it was, it wouldn't be a UFO because it would be identified. LOL

It's a good idea, but you see how slow is going the Project Camelot. They still can't fund Ralph Ring in order to rebuild the OTC-X1 and the Utron accumulator. However, with a different approach and a good organized team, you'll build it, and the journey to the stars may begin 8)
