Running 1000 Watts of incandescent bulbs for 4.5 hours on
the gas inside the balloon.

With Butane it would run 16 hours !

Not bad !

The question still is how to cheaply generate our own gas fuel
like Terpine or H2 or simular fuels in our backyard and get it into the
balloon safely...
