He used a 2 lb nylon fishing line to hang the "U" magnet, he actually has 5 or 6 hanging in different places and the all act the same with more or less amplitude or rotation. He is getting magnetic reading on his Gauss meter near the basement cement floor. I would doubt it too if I had not seen it spin and swinging on its axe.

That is weird. No breezes involved are there? I had that recently with my static balance testing. Sorry, he's probably already eliminated all these possibilities.

Well if it can be replicated with strong enough line it may be worth a shot grab some spiderwire or something from the local tackle store and friggin make a stator and rotor start power generation...

I've always thought about this but my thoughts were more to use it for a wind turbine type effect for them days when you get occasional gusts of wind then the reverse spin built up with unwind when the gust dies to maximize power...

Anyhow yep interesting indeed.

Hi,

No fans or air movement. His house is probably sitting on a magnetic node, it's kinda weird since he is now redoing many of his magnetic experiments at work or in my place to double check his results. Every pipes are either PVC or copper so that pretty much eliminate a conducting source.

That's what I told him, fill the basement with coils and sell electricity...

it is using the earths magnetic field,
to spin.


the negative magnetism at the north pole,
always spins counter-clockwise.

the positive magnetism at the south pole,
always spins clockwise.


the magnets on that rotor,
must all be facing positive pole out.

so that the magnets on one side of the rotor,
are attracted towards the north pole,
and repelled from the south pole.

both attract and repel, are being used.


also notice that the 3 big magnets on top,
are positioned like the 3 rotor magnets,
inside an electric motor !

and the north and south poles,
would be like the 2 stator magnets,
of the electric motor !

the flywheel effect,
slowly builds up "weak" momentum,
into strong momentum.
